2. SERVICES OFFERED
Spotless Serenity provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to:

Regular cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), domestic, commercial cleaning

Deep cleaning

Move-in/move-out and Post-construction cleaning

3. BOOKINGS & SCHEDULING

Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or by email

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all bookings
-
Clients must provide accurate property details for pricing and service estimates
4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are quoted based on the property size, condition, and requested services.

Payments must be made in full before or immediately after service completion.

Recurring service clients may be eligible for discounts.
5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

No-show appointments are charged 100% of the service fee

Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the appointment without penalties.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must ensure access to the property (keys, entry codes, parking, etc.).

Any valuable or fragile items should be safely stored before our cleaners arrive.

Spotless Serenity is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose fixtures, weak furniture
7. LIABILITY & DAMAGES

Our team exercises the utmost care while cleaning, but in the rare event of damage, clients must report issues within 24 hours of service completion.

We are not liable for damages caused by defective or improperly installed household items.

Liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
8. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours for a re-clean at no extra cost.

Refunds are not offered but we will make every effort to address concerns.
9. LIABILITY & DAMAGES

10. HEALTH & SAFETYS

Our cleaners are trained in safety protocols and use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products upon request.

We do not handle biohazardous materials, mold, pest infestations, or extreme hoarding situations.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Spotless Serenity is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, or emergencies.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
